Ability to do assessments inside OneVu that identify needs and integrates with directory of services. {{User story one}} As a Citizen/carer I would like to Be able to complete assessments that help me understand my needs/circumstances/interests. CS Vu - Change Link to Account Order
It would be good if a call could be started without having to load an account but that prior to the call ending the user has to have linked it to an account. This ensure the total length of the call time can be accurately recorded. User Story Problem to solve Currently a person needs to search for/create a person before a call can be started which means call times are always incorrect.
