Report giving notes details for a specific heading
I would like to be able to access all notes under a specific heading. I.e. we have a notes category for complaints about a contractor, I would like to be able to download these notes to form part of the review with that contractor. Reportal gives a number for these, however, i am unable to download the underlying data or search for these as far as I'm aware.

Show incomplete drop offs for all forms
Problem to solve = There is detailed information about incomplete forms for product forms, but not all forms. We want to be able to see incomplete data for any eDesigner form, including page dropped off.

Filter by User in OneVu (Customer Services) Tile
There is currently no user filter, meaning the total and average figures are a mixture of staff from different departments. We need to report on groups of staff separately, as well as excluding developers and IEG4 staff creating test requests. We would also be able to excluded specific users who have calls against them lasting days, which would otherwise skew the totals/averages.
