There is currently no user filter, meaning the total and average figures are a mixture of staff from different departments. We need to report on groups of staff separately, as well as excluding developers and IEG4 staff creating test requests.

We would also be able to excluded specific users who have calls against them lasting days, which would otherwise skew the totals/averages.
