Where person becoming a student is not liable i.e. solely a named occupant when we retrieve the account details from GetAccountDetails, we need to add student status from the effective date / account start date whichever is the latest. And the normal rules on whether should get discount apply i.e. is there only one person now liable?

We need a Full Case Review (FCR) form. A FCR requires a council to consider and look at all the current claim details and evidence associated with the claim, as well as any other fresher information or evidence they can source, in order for the weekly HB amount to be reviewed. The key elements the form needs to resolve are: the Council reviews and validates whether the current information associated with the claim remains correct the Council seeks evidence from the claimant where it is possible to do so, in accordance with their review processes

When setting up a SPD where someone has moved out/passed away, there's an option to set up a direct debit on the new account. We'd like it if this was made to cater for any payment method.

When automating the refund request it would be good if the PayableTo name element was populated to save staff needing to check this manually.

It would be good if the Direct Debit form could instead be a change in payment service and thus allow people irrespective of their preference to set up their chosen payment method electronically.

When moving within a new question should be added to ask if each person moving within is liable. If they are not they should only be set as a named occupant from the appropriate point in the occupancy period

Where a person or people are disregarded there should be the ability in the COA form to indicate that the disregard/status will remain at the new property. And automate the termination of the disregard at the old property and creation of the disregard at the new property.

When moving within a person should have to provide the details of who bought their property. Otherwise void accounts could result.
