Blue Badge Platform

This was requested some time ago but does not appear in this enhancement list. Please can you create a "combined applications" workflow for the applications that have indicated both walking and hidden disabilities. Also a scoring facility where we can assess online the answers to both walking and hidden questions. This will ensure we consider all the applicants disabilities.

We should add a function that means that as soon as a case is opened we do a national search to see if that person already has a live badge.

A new online form/workflow that caters for concessionary travel passes etc.

Easy Display of Current End Date for Existing Holders - Can there be something in the top of each view to show the current badge expiry date if there is one? There are lots of errors being made with existing holders and showing this will help eliminate this problem

When workflow is cancelled we don't have visibility who cancelled it or what was the reason (reason can be added when workflow is stopped). It would be good to have it in Notes.

If adding paper apps, could this automatically launch a workflow rather than doing this manually

Need a real time dashboard within the live platform to see total numbers of work outstanding in each workflow with the oldest date outstanding.

It would be good if there was an export function that can give you a real time export of badges that will expire for a date range.

It would be good if refunds for people ineligible etc. could be returned using GOV.UK Pay.

Ensure that the updates made by the DfT to add additional walking assessment info in is built in to our integration. And these values shown in a case.
