The HB/CTR CiC form currently allows reporting of the an award of or a change in DWP/HMRC income but not allow customer to report that it has ended (e.g. end of WTC, ESA etc.).

During trial of the form our staff would regularly get questions from customers who wanted to report it but could not find where to do so. Please could this option be added.
