1) Reporting changes to state benefits
Multiple councils have requested the ability for claimants to report that they've had a change in their state benefits.
In this release we have added questions asking if state benefits have changed, on the change of income page.
As the information will be passed via ATLAS these questions are designed to enable someone to provide information without overwriting potentially different (correct) info provided by the DWP.
2) Additional authentication filter
Sometimes councils want claimants to be able to report changes on claims which are no longer active. However, there is logic in the form to only live to active claims i.e. Live/Suspended/Active. To enable a council to allow changes to be reported even where a claim is expired/cancelled etc. there is new functionality to allow this.
A new setting 'GetClaimRegardlessOfStatus' will enable this if it is set to true
3) Hiding rent questions on Universal Credit moves
Where a person reports a move and is currently in receipt of Universal Credit, we will hide questions about tenancy, rent etc. where the living situation type is not exempt i.e. supported accommodation.
