Ideally on a per step basis be able to disable the ability for citizens to add notes or additional documents. Our processes are integrated with back office systems so officers are working in the a different system and not in OpenProcess so customer comments and additional documents don't go anywhere and no one sees them. This is made worse by the lack of a "getNote" API method to enable us to programmatically get any extra notes and append them to the back office systems.
