We have some users that don't have much work allocated via OpenProcess so are not constantly logged in. We could do with the ability to create a notification to staff when a work item is allocated to their tray.

We would need to be able to use this function on an individual user basis as some users have a lot of work allocated and don't want to be inundated with emails.
