In OneVu & CsVu the dates shown in the Timeline don't include the year, making it difficult for the advisor to see when the customer called in once the Portal is in its second year.
Current Date Formats are:
> Person logged in February 27th, 06:45 pm
> Call Started October 21st, 10:42 am
I propose you change the date part to 'February 27th, 2022 06:45 pm
