The ability for customer service staff and citizens to record whether an FAQ has answered a question the customer/they had.
The mockups below show how this could appear in CS Vu alongside the 'Transcript button' on the right.
Where a user clicks that an issue FAQ has not answered a question a UI like the second screenshot should appear. The options in the drop down would be controllable by the council.
The result of all like/dislikes should be recorded for reporting.
The data collected where there's an issue should be able (via setting) to automatically kick off a trackable process in OpenProcess.
