The Business of allowing Residents to download videos for proof of Eligibility in Blue Badge means that a maximaum of 100MB can be allowed. Unfortunately OneVu, as the self-serve portal for our Blue Badge Customers, has a limit of 18.4MB. This needs to be increased if the Blue Badge system is to work correctly. Also bearing in mind that ALL Blue Badge Users have to transfer to OneVu as the self-serve portal in the near future, this will become an even greater problem. Already Lewisham and Bexley have raised this issue.
