We provide a lot of assistance to customers over the phone and face to face and create accounts through SVu on their behalf as they would struggle to do this themselves.

Customers are then registered and if they come to see us again we have an account to record contact through etc. I would say the customers that we manage the accounts for are the most likely to want to share so it would be great if we could do this through SVU.
