Currently anyone can add someone to act on their behalf in Friends and Family via OneVu profile without verification and also the system does not alert anyone that a customer has done this.
With Council Tax - we verify that the customer has the right to see personal data etc via documentation.
We would like Friends and Family to have:
  • Alert CSVu when someone has set this up
  • Create a verification workflow via CSVu so that a member of staff can check this is legitimate.
