Could we have the capacity to add narrative not just a marker and it be highlighted, so that it is immediately visible to the cs user please.

Within CsVu I need to be able to add tags / categories to a citizens accounts. This should not be visible to the citizen but should be visible to back office staff and accessible via an API. This will allow us to mark customers as having vexatious or other issues so we can better handle their calls and ensure the safety our staff when dealing with them. e.g all housing repair jobs at a property with the dangerous customer in should be flagged as double handed.
