A report to identify actual accurate self serve usage that doesn't include forms completed by advisors using servicevu. I have to do management reports each month and apart of this is self serve usage. I am unable to produce these stats at present as I cannot distinguish between what has been completed by a customer and what has been internally using servicevu. Also it would be good to be able too see how many accounts are set up via service vu and also by the customer themselves. These are both things i have to report on and cannot currently.

I second Debra's request below. We need to be able to report whether an e-from was completed as a guest, and when it was completed through an account. As above we also need to know whether this was a customer self-serving or put through by an advisor.
The guest reporting request has been commented here after John documented the original Canny request in Dec 2021. So the documented request will need to be amended.

Yes we would like to be able to run a report which shows forms submitted outside the portal and those inside the portal, also show abandoned forms and completed ones

I would really like to get a better understanding and insight on our customer activity:
How can we distinguish between a form that has been filled out on the portal and eDesigner/guest?
We want to show how much use the portal is getting and to see if our customers are shifting to the account:
- How many customers have got an account but have filled out a form as a guest?
- How many forms are portal / guest?
- How many customers have tried to complete the form in the portal and then submitted a separate one as a guest?
