CS Vu - Merge duplicate account

A customer has created 2 accounts by making one with an email and password then a Facebook account. It would be great if these could be merged as there is a risk that if one is deleted it could remove data that has been collected over significant months.

There could also be a scenario where an advisor creates a customer account without an email address in CsVu, then subsequently the customer creates an account themselves with an email address online. Merging both accounts with their histories would be useful.
