Right now the fields available upon to log calls are restricted solely to the department and contact type to which they relate.
It would be better if we could allow a council / organisation to add their own options to this UI and for these options added to automatically be reported upon in CS Vu Reports.

John McMahon: yeah that works well enough for me, happy for it to be kept very simple style though so its easy for you to build, 3 tiers of related picklists + notes should work in almost all circumstances.
