Would love this to be in general across all of OneVu where there is a need to add a booking to a form. Happy to have an integrated calendar as well as Outlook integration. (Or just a package deal with a booking platform such as https://www.jrni.com/ or https://www.timify.com/en-gb/). Potential use cases are:-

1) when you need to make an appointment with a contact centre agent to continue the application;

2) licensing applications that need an inspections;

3) public health issues such as pest control that need to book a visit;

4) bulky waste collection appointment booking;

5) Planning, pre application consultation meeting (or video call) bookings;
