Currently only the SavedForLaterEmails allow the use of merge fields this functionality should be expended to include the emails sent to the customer and the service when the form is submitted.

Tony Evans - HDC owing to the fact we want to kill all emails and instead replace it with emails I'd like to understand how we could do this better via OpenProcess.

John McMahon: I would like that too but its not realistic in the medium term. Primary motivators would be a) to have a services unique reference number (which is a field on the form) in the subject line so they can file the case correctly. b) So the summary email has relevant information that means it can be assigned to the correct person where the service is not using OpenProcess
