This was raised as an idea by the Yotta Alloy team – the customer should be able to see everything they have submitted, including photos/documents - so they know what they’ve sent that relates to their request (in case they are chasing it up, or the team need to discuss it with them further).
And, at the moment, the customer experience is that they are trying to click on the ‘link’ in the PDF but this doesn’t actually work, and we have received complaints about this.
So it’s a consistency in user experience issue really, i.e. if they can see all their other answers in the PDF, they should also be able to see what they attached and have all this in one place.
