Direct Debit API Form - ARUDDCANX Notepad Chapter - Northgate

When Northgate processes an ARUDD file, where DD instructions are cancelled/returned a notepad chapter called ARUDDCANX is created.

The DD process looks for this notepad chapter and currently, if the functionality is switched on, anyone who has had one bounced DD in the past wouldn’t be able to set up a new DD.

We should have the option to increase this to two.
