The Decisions Workflow allows CCGs to record the Eligibility Decision for a case. CCGs also need to record details of the Care Package. I have written up a spec based on the published NHSE CHC Patient-Level Data Set. This detail will also be needed for when CHC nurses carry out CHC 3 month and 12 month Reviews.

I think this information could be recorded as part of the "Funding Request" Workflow. This has Workflow process has been built but not used in Live as we were waiting for more specific details of what needed to be recorded. We now have this and changes will need to be made. This Workflow should be triggered where's there's an Eligible Decisoin recorded, and should be prior to the starting of the "Reviews/Reassessment" Workflow process. Every CCG will need to record Funding Details.
