It is an issue for all CCGs that the text fields on the digital CHC forms do not have the ability for the formatting of the text e.g. a rich text editor function.

Is there an update to this, as we are moving more to electronic documents we have received feedback that the DST is not an easy read as it bulks text together (despite trying to add spaces and neaten appearence, make differences of opinion clearer in text with reasons etc), the text should also be unjustified - this includes letters/emails genrated in IEG4.

Simon Talbot from Dorset CCG has also raised this as an issue. The formatting on the PDFs is slightly out, particularly where we have patient's name and address. These PDFs are customer-facing documents and we should improve their appearance.
