1. Privacy Notice: Would it be possible to add a statement from the responsible professional that says “ I have directed the individual to, or made them aware of, the NHS Privacy Notice” (Yes/No)

2. When selecting ‘No’ to Consent on Patient tab: Just as selecting ‘Yes’ opens the Consent form, could ‘No’ trigger the Best Interest Decision form?

We can see that best interests is covered in the ‘Judgment’ section but it would be good to have the symmetry between ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ both leading to an action. It is best practice to gain consent/BID at the start of the process.
