If the applicant is in receipt on a Blue badge the system will check the its database, and if not found will auto check the National BB Manage. If Blue badge has been issued, the system will suggest that the applicant is also eligible for a Freedom pass & Taxi card.

The DfT ask on the BB form within the declaration that the ‘issuing authority may offer other services that may benefit you'

The system user can then progress CT workflow to issue.
