In Outlook an email that has not been delivered will bounce back.
In notify the system tells you if the email got delivered or failed, but there is no such indication in the system.
This means we are closing cases and concessions due to no response and the customers are arguing that they never received the email and we have no way of checking if it was delivered or not and this is in addition to the issue of emails continuing to go into the junk/spam folder.
Can a delivered or failed indicator be added to the system so that if it fails we can at least send a letter and hopefully avoid cancelling concessions or applications.
