We can highlight notes on specific cases in order to ensure our attention is drawn to something important but when we get a new application and a new WF we don't see this and would have to check all previous WF's looking at the notes and we don't have time to do this.

Can we have an indicator against the person not the case so that it draws our attention to whatever the important information is. We have missed a couple of fraud issues due to not realising that there was an important note on a closed WF.
