Additional place holders to Text assessment appointments

Currently we can only send email or letter to client but we also text them if they have a mobile number. It was possible to link with gov.notify to send a text message from the workflow. However, upon setting the API's up to do this, you can only enter place holders for their name and reference number. Need the location, date and time place holders so we can send text at same time as sending the email in the appointment booking part of the workflow. This cuts down on no shows.
