Can the sensitivity alert be a banner across the top/colour highlight of the top of the screen/something very clear like that? and would it also be something that we can tailor depending on the circumstances? for example, 'blind', 'deaf' (also could we put more detail like on Northgate like 'blind - please send letters in large print'), DV related one for security reasons, potentially violent (like on CIS)/client of concern, customer banned from CSC/can only contact service by email. Also can be it both added and removed if things were to change? This will be like the kind of flags that we have on Northgate/NEC would probably cover most bases?
In addition they have requested it is at all possible that IEG4 pick up and flag 3+ claims (successful or unsuccessful) in the last 3 months without us having to click in to each claim ref to check ourselves -just so it would alert us more easily when an applicant's claim limit was reached.
